Our Story
For many athletes, sport is more than a game. It becomes a source of purpose, structure, identity, and community. Years of training, competition, and pursuit of excellence shape not only what they do, but who they are.
But what happens when that chapter ends?

The Next Act was created to explore that question. Born from personal experience and the belief that an athlete's greatest impact does not end with the final whistle, this podcast shares conversations with former athletes, coaches, and professionals who have navigated the transition from sport into careers, businesses, opportunities, and the many phases of life outside of sport.

Through authentic stories and real-world experiences, we uncover the challenges, lessons, and breakthroughs that occur between life's many Acts. Whether you're currently competing, recently retired, or years removed from the game, The Next Act exists to provide perspective, encouragement, and practical insight for the journey ahead.

Your First Act helped shape who you are. Your Next Act is about making sure the best is yet to come.
